고린도전서 10장

1 형제들아 나는 너희가 알지 못하기를 원하지 아니하노니 우리 조상들이 다 구름 아래에 있고 바다 가운데로 지나며

For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea.

2 모세에게 속하여 다 구름과 바다에서 세례를 받고

They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea.

3 다 같은 신령한(영적) 음식을 먹으며

They all ate the same spiritual food

4 다 같은 신령한(영적) 음료를 마셨으니 이는 그들을 따르(함께하는)는 신령한(영적) 반석으로 부터 마셨으매 그 반석은 곧 그리스도시라

and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ.

여호수아4장 23절

“너희의 하나님 여호와께서 요단 물을 너희 앞에서 마르게 하사 너희를 건너게 하신 것이 너희의 하나님 여호와께서 우리 앞에 홍해를 말리시고 우리를 건너게 하심과 같았나니”

마가복음16장

15 또 이르시되 너희는 온 천하에 다니며 만민에게 복음을 전파하라

He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.

16 믿고 세례를 받는 사람은 구원을 얻을 것이요 믿지 않는 사람은 정죄를 받으리라

Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

   로마서6장 4절

       그러므로 우리가 죽음 안으로 세례를 받아 그분과 함께 묻혔나니, 

       이것은그리스도께서 아버지의 영광을 힘입어 죽은 자들로부터 일으켜진 것 같이 

      우리도 생명의 새로움 속에서 걷게 하려 함이라 <킹제임스>

       Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.<KJV>
